NOTICE: Effective 01/21/2011 pumps sent
in for repair via the U.S. Postal Service will be refused. Pumps will
only be accepted at our facility if sent by UPS or FEDEX. We
apologize for the inconvenience but it is due to U.S. Postal Service's
inability to safely & properly deliver packages to our facility.
To obtain
warranty repair service
during your Davey Water Products Limited Warranty:

Confirm that your Davey pump is in the list of
products we service (see above). IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF WARRANTY
STATUS, PLEASE
CONTACT US BEFORE SENDING IN YOUR PUMP!*

to download and print our Repair Request Form.

Carefully package your pump and ship it via UPS or FEDEX
(prepaid and insured) to our address on the top of the form. Make
sure to include a copy of the Repair Request Form and a copy of your
sales receipt showing date of purchase.

Upon receipt and confirmation the product is covered
under warranty, we will inspect
it and, at the discretion of Davey, perform any necessary repairs and ship
your pump back to you at no
charge or ship you a replacement pump at no charge.
* Note: If a pump is deemed out-of-warranty or, after
our initial inspection, the repairs are deemed non-warranty, a $100
non-refundable service fee will be charged to your Credit Card. We
will determine the parts cost necessary to effect repair and if the
total repair parts cost is less than $250 we will perform the repair
and return the pump to you via UPS GROUND, charging the Credit Card
you have on file with us. If the total repair parts cost is $250
or more you will be contacted with an estimate before we proceed with
the repair. |
