Replacement (PAR) Program
The simplest way to obtain
an immediate replacement for your Davey BT Series pump.

Note: This program is only applicable to Davey BT
series products.

Fax or Email the completed PAR Form and Repair Request
Form to us.

We collect a refundable PAR deposit along with a
non-refundable $25 PAR service fee and ship you a replacement
pump, usually the next business day.*

When you receive your replacement pump, reuse the
packaging to ship your old
pump back to us within 15 days** and keep the replacement pump.

100% refund of PAR deposit if repairs are covered under
warranty. Any non-warranty repairs will be deducted from your deposit.
(The $25 PAR service fee is non-refundable)
* Note: Your pump will be replaced with a factory
refurbished pump of the same model. The replacement pump will be warranted for the remainder of your original warranty or 90 days,
whichever is greater. See PAR Form for complete details of
PAR deposit, PAR service fee, refund policy and warranty.
** NOTE: ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR REPLACEMENT PUMP YOUR OLD PUMP MUST
BE RETURNED TO US WITHIN 15 DAYS IN ORDER TO RECEIVE ANY REFUND!
NOTICE: Effective 01/21/2011 pumps sent
in for repair via the U.S. Postal Service will be refused. Pumps will
only be accepted at our facility if sent by UPS or FEDEX. We
apologize for the inconvenience but it is due to U.S. Postal Service's
inability to safely and properly deliver packages to our facility. |
