Out-Of-Warranty Service We service the following Davey Products: BF Series booster pumps BT Series booster pumps Dynaflo Series booster pumps HS Series booster pumps AG Series engine driven pumps Firefighter™ 93 Series engine driven pumps Firefighter™ 5 Series engine driven pumps Hurricane Series engine driven pumps   NOTICE: Effective 01/21/2011 pumps sent in for repair via the U.S. Postal Service will be refused. Pumps will only be accepted at our facility if sent by UPS or FEDEX. We apologize for the inconvenience but it is due to U.S. Postal Service's inability to safely and properly deliver packages to our facility.   To obtain non-warranty repair service: Confirm that your Davey pump is in the list of products we service (see above). CLICK HERE to download and print our Repair Request Form. Carefully package the pump and ship it via UPS or FEDEX (prepaid and insured) to our address on the top of the form. Make sure to complete the Credit Card Authorization on the back of the form. Upon receipt a $100 non-refundable flat-rate service fee will be charged to your Credit Card. This service fee covers both our inspection and any additional labor necessary to repair your pump. The only additional charges you will incur for a repair will be for parts and return shipping. We will inspect your pump to determine the parts cost necessary to effect repair. If the total repair parts cost is less than $250 we will perform the repair and return the pump to you via UPS GROUND, charging the Credit Card you have on file with us.  If the total repair parts cost is $250 or more you will be contacted with an estimate before we proceed with the repair.
